What it argues
A program manager at an engineering services firm leads a two-year effort to move the company into renewable energy, against fierce resistance from its fossil-fuel core. Just before the program succeeds, her boss removes her from it. The case explores how she built and lost support, and how influence works for someone with conviction but limited formal authority.
