What it argues

Drawing on their book Leading Under Pressure, the authors argue that business crises have become so frequent and costly that crisis leadership is now a core competency for leaders at every level. They describe how crises unfold from early signals through containment to recovery, and argue that leaders should aim to learn from a crisis and emerge stronger, not merely to survive it.
